Are you having trouble submitting a payment or did you receive a "cannot process credit card" message?
Before you continue please make sure:
- You are not using an International debit card. Some International debit cards are not accepted by our merchant system.
- Make sure to input your full billing address, some credit card companies might decline the payment if this information is not fully entered.
- We also recommend calling your financial institution. Unfortunately we live in an era where some credit card companies have to be extra careful when accepting online payments. ViewBug has a top rating and transactions do not get declined yet, we recommend being extra careful and contacting your financial institution.
Please note that you can now pay for your annual or monthly membership with PayPal! Go to the upgrade page and select your desired membership. On the Checkout screen, you'll see the option to "Pay with PayPal". Click on that and you're all set to pay via PayPal.
Just a heads up, if you have a special promo code; be sure to enter it in the "Have a Discount Code?" box, before clicking on the "Pay with PayPal" link. This will apply any promotional offers to your Paypal purchase. :-)
